United Parcel Service (UPS) has online portals for all its employees where they can access their personal information. These online portals allow the employees to access several discounts offers that they can avail via logging in via their assigned User ID and Password. The employees can log in to their account via the UPS Enterprise Portal.

Ups Employees Discounts and Savings

To avail of the discounts and get the benefit of an employee, the user must be registered in this portal. After registering, the user will be given a specific password and user ID to log in. The user must also agree to the terms and conditions before registering as a user.

The employees to be eligible for their discounts, they must get the benefit on the purpose of their performance. They can have multiple and various options to save their budget as these discounts will be beneficial for them. Being postal service companies, they get huge discounts on shipping services.

Whereas, in order to avail these discounts they must agree to some of the criteria mentioned below:

1. Eligible Employees

All retired UPS Employees are eligible to avail of the discount program. It is only the employees of Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories who aren’t given the opportunity for availing such discount programs. Retirees who are without access to UPS, third party resellers, franchisees, and UPS vendors are also not eligible for this program.

2. Incentives

It will provide discounts to the employees set forth on Exhibit A for the services offered and identified in Exhibit A. UPS provides discounts on the basis of company norms. They provide various incentives that can be used for shipping services for personal and household usage. One cannot transfer shares to any other employee. The employee will be liable for all the bills charged.

3. Use of Electronic Shipping Information

The user must use an Automated Shipping system to obtain incentives. The packages must be dropped off to the mailroom of the posting service company. There is no option for incentives that come from different locations. There can be some discounted incentives given to employees participating at the UPS store location under a separate program.

4. Payment

The user must agree to pay the full amount within the time period.

5. UPS Tariff / Terms and Condition

The Tariffs and Conditions of service are subjected to change without any prior notice. They are incorporated in this agreement after various references. Copies of this current version of Tariffs and services are also available online at the portal.

6. The term, Modification, and Termination

The agreement shall take place from the date the user agrees to continue and clicks the next option. The agreement will remain effective until a notice for the termination of the incentive is received. UPS at any time can at its own discrimination firstly alter or modify the incentives, the services, or the management and extend or terminate the offer.

7. Confidentiality

The employee must agree to maintain confidentiality about their agreement which includes rates and the term of the offer. The employee cannot post or publicly show information about their information which is confidential. It is against the law.

UPS Employee Login Instructions

  • The employee must visit the login portal of the site.
  • The employee must enter the User ID and Password of the portal.
  • From the homepage, to get directed to the next step the user must select the option ‘Life and Career’.
  • The next option to choose is ‘Discounts and UPS Merchandise’.
  • Then they must select the option of ‘SmartSavings Discount Marketplace’.
  • There will be a link for SmartSavings at the bottom of the page.
  • To enjoy the discounts the link should be selected.
